I am a Machine Learning Engineer and Biomedical AI Researcher with 3+ years of hands-on experience across industry, clinical, and academic environments. I specialize in vision-language models, medical image analysis, NLP pipelines, and end-to-end AI system deployment.

I recently completed my Master’s thesis research at Erasmus Medical Center, fine-tuning Gemma vision-language models for liver lesion diagnosis and deploying reproducible ML pipelines and statistical analysis frameworks for clinical AI validation. I am a published researcher with expertise in medical image segmentation, OCT vessel classification, responsible/explainable AI, and regulatory AI systems, with a strong interest in applying AI and data science methods to real-world healthcare data.
